Our Ticket Donation Request Policy
At the City National Grove, we love to help Charitable Organizations raise funds and benefit the community. Requests must be sent in writing on organizational letterhead at least six to eight weeks prior to the date of the Event / Fundraiser and include:
- Brief summary of the organization, including population served
- Event / Fundraiser details, including date and number of attendees expected
- Contact information, including contact name, phone number and street address (no PO Boxes)
- Federal Tax ID

We receive many requests and cannot guarantee a donation for every organization, but we’ll do our best to help your organization make a positive impact in the community.
