Girl Named Tom, the trio that made history as “the only group to ever win NBC’s ‘The Voice’,” will make a festive debut at City National Grove of Anaheim, December 19, as part of their Joy of Christmas Tour. Their performance promises to serve up plenty of original songs with a whole lot of heart and inimitable familial harmonies, while also breathing new life into timeless holiday staples.
Jordana Bryant will be opening the show.
Girl Named Tom’s sound is built on the angelic voice of Bekah and the beautiful sibling harmony added by her two brothers, Joshua and Caleb. Their homegrown style combines the classics (Joni Mitchell; Crosby, Stills & Nash) with pop artists of today (Taylor Swift, Harry Styles, Adrianne Lenker). Fun fact (because we know you're wondering): the band's name is based on a childhood nickname! Joshua used to call Bekah "Thomas" when she was a baby.
The siblings have impressively generated over 25 million of streams across chart-rattling covers such as “River,” “The Chain,” and “Dust in the Wind.” Inking a deal with Republic Records, they served up their debut holiday EP, One More Christmas, which reached No. 1 on the iTunes Charts, and embarked on a massive arena tour supporting Pentatonix for “A Christmas Spectacular.” The trio has captivated millions on television, appearing on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” singing for the Indy500, and returning for a heart wrenching performance on “The Voice” finale a year after their win.
